yesterday, i looked at OE skills i could do with my BH, at rune.
And what did i seen for sweeper skill ?
a) Sweeper : +1 power
and
b) Sweeper : +1 power
description of a) Maximizes power of skill. Power Increases required XP/SP : 3.06m/306k
description of b) Maximizes power of skill. Power Increases required XP/SP : 3.06m/306k

so i did a petition to anderstand where was the difference, and ther is the answer :

Enchanted skills improve unconditionally, and it is possible to choose specific enchant effects. However, the choice must be made when the skill is initially enchanted. Once the enchantment is selected, other abilities cannot be improved.

On a fansite i found the 2 possibilities of this OE. but which one must i choose? a) or b) ???
If GM think that earn XP and SP is fun at lvl 77+, maybe they need to play a little on ours servers.

Gratz to NCSoft descriptions (i give u the notation 0/20). U have a great problem of communication ingame (with these description) and outgame (with race/classes description).
