tyrant : light armour, totems, stun
glad: heavy armour, warcry can give glads a very high patk, duals crit more
daggers:
TH: slow normal run speed, but dash puts it near the top on max run speed possible. Hits hard, crits pretty often, relatively high hp.
AW: fast normal run speed (with blinding blow they are up there on max run speed too), high evasion. Hits incredibly hard (expecially with hex which lowers target's pdef by 23%), lower but still reasonably high crit rate. Very low hp (this also relates to stunability). Also has a range of magic skills they can use.
PW: Fastest normal run speed (with blinding blow they are crazy fast), higest evasion in game, very high crit rate, but lowest damage out of all daggers. Can entangle (slow). Lowish hp.
in short, AW for max damage but low survivability, PW for quick movements for hit and runs (possibly), and TH for a overall good dagger class but less flexible in playstyle.
summoners: (note, necro is half a summoner, they are considered nukers first and the summon is usually only used along with transfer pain for the extra hit points in pvp)
First off, there are 4 types of summons for each summoner:
1) pve 30% xp is taken
2) pvp 90% xp is taken
3) pve 10% xp is taken
4) party pve 5% xp is taken. This summon is weak in dealing damage but acts as support for a party.
The 30% and 90% summon is almost exactly the same for all 3 summoners.
What makes the 3 summoners more unique are the last 2 summons.
Elemental summoner as the Unicorn Merrow (10%) and the Unicorn Seraphim (5%). The merrow has a good high patk for meleeing, as well as an aoe water-based nuke. The unicorn seraphim has 2 buffs and a skill that cures mental-based debuffs (sleep, root, stun, para, silence); the buffs override each other and lasts only 2 mins (similar to sws and bd dances/songs), one decreases magic skill reuse time and the other boosts mp regeneration.
Warlock has Mew the Cat and Queen of Cats. Kai is an excellent melee DD and has a self buff that reflects melee damage done to it. Queen of Cats has 2 buffs and a cure skill that removes patk/accuracy/atk.spd debuffs; 1 buff gives extra critical rate and power to the party, the other gives more patk and accuracy.
Phantom Summoner has the Souless and Nightshade summons. The souless is a good melee DD and has corpse burst and poison cloud as it's skills. The nightshade is different from the other 2 summoner's 5% summon, it has a a debuff called curse of shade, which lowers pdef and mdef of target, it also has a aoe version of that; it also has a sacrifice that may be used to heal your party members.
in short, AW for max damage but low survivability, PW for quick movements for hit and runs (possibly), and TH for a overall good dagger class but less flexible in playstyle.
this is awesome ty. what about pvp differences? (same for summoners)
