Hello guys i was just wanting to no if any 1 new of any realy good quest for gearing a mage in a grade gear. Im currently a necro lvl 61 and the gear i am shooting for is a Dc set with a som and majestic jewels. The quest i currently am doing are
Magic coin quest- for the som rec
Stolen dignity
Whisper of Dreams1&2
and another 1 i cant remember the name of it tho it is 1 for shield fragments and majestic jewelry beads. Have to kill mobs at devastated castle.
But if you guys no of any other quest that i can do for Dc recs,
som blades , loads of base mat's or jewelry rec's please share them with me. Because i have absolutely no intention of making a dwarf and the recipe's seem to be extremely over priced on kain for me to buy from a private store.
The recs through quests are horribly difficult to get, besides the magic coin quest (ie the TOI quest sucks).
Quests for A grade weapon parts are even worse, if you don't want to make a dwarf better make friends with one or hopefully you have a clan that will get them for you.
For majestic jewelry and DC shield (if you're going to use a one-handed weapon) recipes, you can try the falibati/trives quest that starts at the DE guildmaster Oltlin in Aden. By getting your mats from the devastated castle quest, you should be set in crafting them yourself.
For DC robes recipe, I think that one has to do with Antaras Lair and I haven't been there enough to know much about it.

That's the one. I think that's the whisper of dreams one - the OP has started that one (either way, you start it at the orc seer in Giran). Very easy, but not a solo quest (duh), and it's random what robe rec you get (any but tallum).
the quest isnt hard but it is a pain in the *** for some people and not solo, you gotta hunt the from couple rooms on cave beasts/watever the glowing ball things are cant remember lol until you get a mysterious stone drop and get 65 parts from each to turn in for robe parts.
Then once u finally get the stone you can start the 2nd part and hunt cave howlers and kariks until you get 100 parts from each one and turn it in for a random robe recipe, i did it 3 times, got 2 dc robe recs and majestic robe recipe, all 3 crafted successfully too :P
