Hiya just beeing curious :)
im a 65 unbuffed Necro and i get 0.02% per mob in starting area (South West area).

sounds about right, at this kind of level the exp'ing starts to get really hard (at lvl 78 you need to kill more than one mob just for 0.01% !! :( )

0.02-0.03 depending of the mob.
