Hello, I recently bought a game card for my 2nd account. But there store did not have any lineage 2 cards left but they said City of Heroes and City of Villians works. This has happend before and I have used a City of Villians card no problem. They where out of City of Villians so I bought a City of Heroes game card and I login to my account and click reactivate and punch in the 20 didgit code and it says "That serial cannot be used with that account" Help!? Thanks
I know awhile ago we had this issue with game cd keys, that when the person bought one they got the message that the key was in use.... You might want to contact support about this and have them look into the issue.
If you received an error when entering your game time card code, please try to enter the code again with the following suggestions in mind:
* The characters 6, 8, 9 and B can look very similar, so try each.
* The characters S and 5 can look very similar, so try each.
* The characters I (eye), O (oh), and 0 (zero) are not used in codes, but the similar characters 1 (one), J (jay), and Q (cue) are.
If you still cannot determine the correct game time card code after trying the above suggestions, or your code is damaged, please contact the Account Support Team using the Ask a Question option. Please be sure to include as much of the code as you can read. Use question marks (“?”) for the characters you cannot read. If possible, attach a clear digital image* of the code on the game time card.
*Please make sure to save the digital image in JPG format, and that it is under 2 MB in file size.
