I was discussing this with a friend, then we looked upa few posts, and now we've confused each other. There were some changes made to things in C5, if I remember correctly, so now how does each effect the character's abilities, i.e castign speed, run speed, accuracy, etc?

One person's post was confusing WIT and CON regarding casting speed and % rez. I thought I had it figured out before ?_?
