Glad armors

what r the best armor for glads in B-grade, heavy or light and what set?

BW heavy or plated leather if you can get away with it

Heavy... Blue Wolf heavy hands down. And if you want to go with light armor (my personal choice) go with Doom Light.

BW Heavy mos def. Its enough to actually keep you going up until your high 60s low 70s.

i found that BW heavy is a really good set

As a gladiator in B-grade your options are mainly:
1) Plated leather set (C-grade)
The best (due to +4 STR) if: a) you exp mainly in parties and b) you can afford it
2) Zubei's light
Due to human's low DEX stat it's not all that great. Maybe if raise your DEX with dyes to +5 and take the set to +6, might have some meaning to go for high evasion. But I doubt it.
3) Doom light set
Again you should party more than solo. The +3 DEX is not much of a boost for a gladi.
4) Zubei's heavy
A good alternative if you can't afford BW heavy. You can increase your stat by dyes if you want.
5) Blue wolf heavy
Probably the best armor for solo and quite good for parties too due to the +3 STR and speed boost

There are ofc more options, I just don't find them worthy of mentioning
