Server Time

Hi,

New to lineage, just wondering, what time zone is the Castle Control List in ? http://www.lineage2.com/community/castlecontrol.html

I'm looking to join a server that fits my work/time schedule in terms of siege times, so i need to know the timezone this times are set, so i can decide which server to join. Thanks !

(i cant seem to find an option to see server time in game)

central (-6 GMT) for the US servers, or +1 GMT for the euro servers (unless daylight savings screws with that -6 bit, I can never remember what countries do that and what dont.....)

Plust the Us changed it's daylight savings day as of yesterday.

do i assume the time for raids on teh castle control will be timed off the in game clock ? (which if found in the map window)

If you go in-game to the siege registration NPC, I believe it gives you current time and siege time. Compare the two to see how many hours from "now" the siege will be in, and then convert that for your own local time.

i.e. if current time says 20:00 and siege time is 22:00, then sieges will be in 2 hours.

Add 2 hours from whatever time you have on your clock and you'll know what time the siege will be.

CET (centreal europe, the gmt +1 zone) changes daylights last sunday of march btw (and back last sunday of october).

Yeah, US decided to mess up the dates this year just for fun, forcing us neighbouring NA countries to follow suit.
