Quick question, what do you do with the life crystals that are not "A-Grade"? For example, I have a life crystal "Skull of the Dead: B-Grade", but I can't use it to learn one of the clan skills because that skill requires "Skull of the Dead: A-Grade". Is there a way to level the life crystal just like the SA Crystals or is there another use for them besides the clan skills?

Unfortunately, there are some useless items and quests in L2.

Heh. Just save them up. A few hundred and you could get a piece of b-grade jewelry. Life crystal system is very stupid right now.
