Can't seem to find any info besides that I need to speak to the NPC. I was hoping someone to tell me exactly which NPC in what town do I speak to in order to create my own clan. Thanks.

You need to talk to the main person in any church in any town. There you can create the clan, level up the clan, and make a alliance (when you are clan lvl 5).

You have to be level 10+ and then talk to any of the Main guild leaders. Like the High priest or head blacksmith....

Or the Race leader in starter towns.
