Korea and America

If Korea is always one step ahead of us by means of having the next update, then why do the north american servers need to work out so many bugs and run the test server? Why can't they just convert the korean text over to english and be done with it? Then we can all experience the next update all at once.
Because new bugs may appear when they translate things from Korean to English, skill and quest description might be translated wrong. Font size and setup are different so text may appear at wrong places.
Negative. Things don't get lost in translation that easily. Font size corrections don't justify running an entire test server for weeks at a time to correct. Any other explanations out there?
the only thing i can come up with is traslation errors...
then again thats the way its done for ages so theres no point in discussing it..

Thats not really Negative.... its the truth. Istara is right.

Mob names are completely and utterly diffrent here then they are in Korea, and its not just translation diffrences... I'm talking completely diffrent names.

A number of quests are still translated wrong with mob names incorrect.

Or how about.. anyone remember when the Lux Shop first came and you could "break" it? That wasnt detected in Korea, but was detected in the US. There were several other major game breaking bugs that were never detected in Korea but were in the US.

There was also a mis number translation when C1 came out, where a item was vastly underpriced compared to what it should have been... and heck thats a pretty simple edit there you'd think.
Other thing I can see is we use windows versions they might use over there. I live in a french-canadian community and our ISP's software isn't currently compatible with windows xp or vista french editions. Doesn't make any sense, but anyways, anyone who has windows xp french and uses my ISP must use a router. (don't really care since I have an english xp and use a router anyways)

Other reason is perhaps NA players try to "break" things more. Or maybe we just end up breaking things the Koreans didn't.
The games aren't identical either. While general gameplay is, there are nuances.
