Not getting all of it, just a quick summary of available services ...
1. Character transfer from one account to other account of the same person (no server transfer!). Cost: 19800 KRW (about 21 USD or 16 EUR).
2. Sex change of a character. Cost: 9900 KRW (about 10.5 USD or 8 EUR).
3. Character name change (you create a level 1 character with the new name and apply for the change; the level 1 gets deleted, your old char gets his name). Cost: 19800 KRW (about 21 USD or 16 EUR).
4. ??? Server transfer, I think. If I got that one correctly (which I doubt ), you char arrives at the new server with no equipment, but with some money based on his level. Cost: 29700 KRW (about 30.5 USD or 24 EUR).

40-51 <-> 50M
52-60 <-> 100M
61-70 <-> 200M
71-75 <-> 300M
76-77 <-> 400M
78-79 <-> 500M
80 <-> 700M
Also, upon further reading, I think that's just the maximum amount of money you can transfer, not just get for free. Still not sure about the other equipment.

I'd be happy if the skins for human warriors was applied to human mystics. Human mystics look horrible!
And speaking of skin, would it be too much trouble to add additional hues for skin color? How can I roll a Destroyer and call him "BigBird" if they won't let me give him yellow skin? Am I asking too much?
