Hey guys, i just need a few suggestions. So its like this i odnt know wich set too buy.. should i go for mythrill then il have upper mythrill/lower mythrill + helm that will give me a set bonus. But if i go brigadine set im afraid i wont have enough money too buy the brig helm 2 so.. i would just have upper/lower brig. So what do u guys recomend me ?
brigandine isnt worth the money. mithril offers less Pdef at +0 but if you can get the whole set, see if there are some cheap EAD for sle somewhere and make some of the set +3
Yeah, don't spend too much adena trying to kit your toon in the best of the best at D grade. Brig will give you more HP and higher pdef, but you have probably less than 10 levels left before you reach C grade. Go with Mith for now -- or whatever you can get your hands on -- and save the rest for your C grade equipment.
If you need d grade, I would recomend getting in an academy. generally the clan will front the 922 crystals or so it takes for the armor, and it allows you to save more for your c grade(which if you get a good clan, they might help you with that as well).
And if you follow their advice and skimp on D-grade, follow mine by skimping on C-grade so you can afford your B-grade. Just get the top at the Luxury Shop for C-grade and it can take you a long way and costs a lot less than Top C and is almost as good.

The good thing about C grade is that -- depending on your class -- the best armors and weapons/SA's aren't necessarily top tier items.
Even the lower end C grade will do. I had a friend who leveled their SH using just a HoG in C2. She saved tons on blessed sps with slightly less damage. Meanwhile the rest of us "enlightened" mages were killing ourselves trying to buy/craft a top C staff. :D
Clan oath set is cheaper and better than mithril, plus it looks nice ^^ If you can find a nice clan with an academy, they will probably provide the crystals for your armor, so you save even more.

nice!! that's an understatement - I put Clan Oath Heavy on my newblet Orc Shamen last night - looks awesome!!!
Out of 4 academy toons I've made so far, Clan Oath looked fab on all, except my Human female Wizzy - why are all robe sets so A-line & unsexy on human gals??
