Did you used to play on a private server? I know this is a loaded question, but just know that many people who did had to go into some windows folder and delete a host file in order to get the proper server list for the official servers.

DO NOT DELETE THE HOSTS FILE!

Delete all entries in the hosts file related to lineage2.
