finally got a crystal staff with BTB SA for my SE. it says that the its lvl2. is there a way to increase the lvl or will it stay as is? the staff as of now is +0.
Only higher level weapons will have a higher level BtB SA effect level. SoES with BtB is effect level 5. Don't bother enchanting a crystal staff if all you're going to be doing is buffing, there is absolutely no benefit.

In order to get the highest C grade level of BTB, you'll need to get a ghoul staff, if I recall correctly. Check the Library/Weapons section.
As for enchants, that will not in anyway improve the level of BTB that you have...enchants will only add to the p.atk and m.atk stats of your weapon.
In Interlude you will be able to augment your weapon, but that is a subject for another time...and even that, as far as I know, will not increase the level of BTB per se.
