At lvl 60 you should be in FP farming kails coins.
You can get a ton (made 74->75 and got 2k+ of each) in GoB (just outside Goddard).The mobs are 68-71 lvl 1/2HP.

But you need to earn (and spend) 220 Silver Unicorns (as well as 220 Gold Wyverns and 220 Blood Medusas) to be able to start farming Kail's coins, don't you?
Where is the Best place to hunt for Silver Unicorns at lvl 60?

The 1/2 HP mobs right outside Goddard drop coins at a fair rate. Not sure offhand which ones (its been awhile) but they give at two of the three types. They will be pink to your level, but not terribly hard to kill if your a nuker or have help.
Every mob in GoB gives the coins Pain.Kookabura gives silver-antelope and bear give golden and the banders give bloods.
Krissa-pyro didnt say anything about not having royal membership.He shouldnt lvl up untill he can farm kails (i make 40-50mils in no time if i can sell the recipes fast).
If you want coins for increasing your lvl just buy them-best way there is.
