I have to say that the devs did a GREAT job with the PvE look and feel of this area. I was running through, decided to take a stroll of all the C5 areas and it was remarkable! There was actually a feeling of a snow storm for this whole area and I was like wow!
Why can't the whole game be like this? The developers, instead of adding more and more lands should retouch up on all the existing areas of the game that exists now and make it just as remarkable.
I would recommend everyone that has not visited the Ice Queen area to do so. It SHOWS that NCSOFT CAN add environmental effects. Now lets make it for all the older areas as well. They serious need some retouch work as well as a new purpose to drive players back into them.
It was the saddest thing to see Gludio a total ghost town the other day...literally empty...full of only farmers. It used to be thriving city with tons of people!

I would like to add that when looking at games that have come back from the "dead" EQ2 is a great example of this. It is focussed on PvE and it had many issues when it first came out. but with the focus back on on making it a great PvE game, it has doubled in subscriptions and continues to grow.
I would like to know why Lineage 2 with 6 more chronicles to go cannot strive for this success as well. Why do the developers insist on focussing strictly on the PvP market when every conceivable study out here shows that it is a niche market for niche people?
We have a LOT of PvP already. PvP in this game is great but PvE is piss poor. Why do the developers keep neglecting this element of their game?
