Not quite true, it says only for items:

what are items? things that are dropped from monsters/or aquired through stores or players and kept in your inventory or WH. adena is all of these things too so adena = item :p

Please give me any official document from NCSoft, which defines term "item" :)))

P.S. Not gonna change servers, so no any intent to trade anything from server to server :) Acting like devil's advocate :)

This has been asked many times and the answer is usually no followed by a lock.

General rule. If you could do it legally then Play NC would offer the ability to do it. If its done by other 3rd parties then its not legal.
