What macros do you use? Never really tried macros much but now I am starting to use all the sonic skills and decided that using macros would make it simpler. So for glads, what macros do you guys use?
cp pot macro ....
/useitem greater cp potion
/useitem cp potion
(note: i'm saying /useitem but I dun think it works u will needa drag it to a shortcut bar...etc)
this is good if you have enough concentration left to spam the button every 0.7seconds lol otherwise you might be better off with just a greater cp potion on you're main hotbar and holding it down (you'll get alot of system message saying it's not ready tho o.o)
dont think glads really use macros for charging or nukes
might wanna consider making a
/equip blunt
/use stun
/equip duals
macro
I have tried this macro but it doesnt seem to work on pvp since Ihave to hit ctrl and this cancels the **** macro. Any advince here on how the correct macro should be for pvp? Ty
a GS in my clan uses that kind of command and he claims it to work and i'm not about to call him a liar either, lol. It is how nameless wrote it also.
I tested it on my gladdie and had to do it like this;
/useskillforce double sonic slash
so you're gonna have to know how your skill is spelled if its a skill with more than 1 word, etc
or just click-drag from your active skills tab, do'h! >.<
doesnt work for every Skill as far as i know. TSS has is too long to type. You can bypass this by putting TSS on a shortcut bar and use the shortcut entry for your macro.
In C4 I was using charge stones in my macro's. For example when I used TSS it would use 2 energy stones at the end. But it isnt usefull in C5 since you have left over charges.
Only macro I use in C5 for my Duelist is /target [Insert Wartag Playername].
yeah i got interested when you said that cause tss and dss has the same ammount of characters and spaces. I only wanted to test the /useskillforce command in order to get the spelling right and used dss as an example.. so i just did it in ordinary chat instead of first putting it in a macro.. figured it was the same effect.. problem is tss and dss both exceed the ammount of character limit when you write the macro's with 1 letter >.< lol better do the shortcut version of them like Husje suggested
The only macro I used when I had my gladiator in C5 was DSS and charge stones twice. And I would only use this macro after using TSS. And after the DSS+2 stones macro, if you know the target is low on health, bust out with sonic storm followed by blaster and hope for the best :P Cause if your close enough to tss and dss a target, most likely they'll hightail it after that.
