i remember there are 2 quests that can enhance your weapon, one is the SA quest, what is the other one? i remember it is something that you can add fire, ice, thunder element to your weapon?

If you are talking about refinements, that's Interlude only, if you are talking about something else, it surely doesn't exist on live servers.
The quest you are talking about is indeed only available as soon as Interlude is online on Live Servers. It's to do with the refinement of weapons on top of the SA.
