Petition on account thieft

Our clan leader account was stolen 4 days ago. We all sent a petition and he asked a question on contact website, but we recieved nothing but automated answer! Is anyone in support team going to help us or what? We need immidiate attention to this matter! (hacked char MYXAMMED server Ftantz)

This thread will be locked since you cant really post about it here. Try send a support ticket instead of in-game petition.

4 days have passed already, 1 day more and clan will be dissolved, so we'll have to do all the way again.

It should not be 'we' it should be 'him'. He's the only one who can sort this out - have him ring them up or something.

There is a phone number for support too. Call them up and talk directly to them. Be nice and lay it out in a manner that they can help you.
If what you say is true, he will have the info needed to re-call the account and allow the password(s) to be changed and log back in.

As everyone mentioned, please ask your clan leader to wait for the GM team to contact him through email or use the phone support to contact the Billing team. They will answer his message as quickly as possible. I'm going to close this thread as the official message board is not the place to discuss an account. Thanks!
