Do any vortexes get damage increase on critical? - Retail Forum Archives

I noticed over the last few days that Dark Vortex does NOT get a damage increase on crit. The status window says I got a magic crit but the damage is identical to a normal Dark Vortex.

Anyone else experience this issue? This happened every time I noticed a magic crit on the Dark Vortex. Every other spell worked correctly.

Its because Dark Vortex is considered a drain.

Vamp Claw crits for extra damage. At least it used to. Did that change too?

Yeah, they -_- messed up the drains even more. Or at leats it's that way with our steal essence :S

Yes drains crit for increased damage ... whooping 0.

you can't magic crit drains in c5. it's fixed in interlude.

You still can't crit in interlude or drains and Dark Vortex will be able to crit?

I got magic critted on the Interlude PTS by an OL.. so I guess it's fixed soon.
