ok..what was your favorite grind spot from Lv 1 to what ever Lv you are now??
~~Side note, i recently made 60 with my gladi and im looking for a enw place to Lv out of the cats..Top side of Ev is mega slow now so i need some where new :) PLEASE suggest something~~
My favourite spot was Forsaken Plains, great xp, good adena drops and a nice collection of EWB scrolls.
Current favourite spots fall in party or solo play, got more then 5-6 spots where I hunt.
For your gladiator I would advice it as well, most mobs have weaker P Def, so as a DD you should like it.
The mushrooms in Prelude. It was great. The area outside the DE and LE village was packed. People would PvP to have better access to mushrooms for the 8k adena reward.
My next favorite was SODA (School of Dark Arts) in the DE territory. Again, in Prelude it was absolutely packed. Pick up parties at any time. And loads of PvP.
As far as XP hunting for a nuker, I thought that Dragon Valley was great for the 35-45 levels, Cemetary for 45-55, Forsaken Plains for 55-64, Devastated Castle for 64-66, Valley of Saints for 66-71, Forest of the Dead for 72-75, and Hot Springs for 75+. For Destroyer its catacombs all the way.
My personal faves have been AI, EV, and the front rooms of CoA at mid-50s level (when they weren't all busy).
Forsaken Plains should be a great place for your Glad at 60, and for a few more levels.
i done it differently the first time around, but if i was to do it again would likely go something like this for a spellsinger.
up to like 10, just killing stuff in elven village, then go to dwarfie village, kill bears till 20, then mithril mines till 35, cruma swamps till 40, ivory tower till 45 after that things get hazy, i leveled about a dozen accademy members but not many chars over 40.
i think silenos outside aden are good till u can hunt in the cemetary, then forsaken planes untill u can kill start hunting in valley of saints, 55ish with the right buffs and gear. and then FOD. of course all of this counts on you being rather carebear to make it work.
Also best place for 77-78 for me was the port spot of Hotsprings.
My favorite was when C2 came out and with it the area of Eva's Underwater Garden. Alot of good memories (and drops) from there and of course back then I thought the coolest mob in game were the Doll Masters from there aswell.
If you lvl a dwarf, I seriously can't think of a much better place then Archaic Laboratory. Weak to blunts, great exp, decent spoils. I blazed through my 40's and early 50's there. My dwarf (BH) is lvl 54 and I was there last night, did about 60% and made almost half a mill in adena alone, so the adena drops are good also. It's a **** good place to seed aswell.
