Deleting char and clan withdrawal

Hello,

If somebody deletes a toon that is clanned, does it withdraw from a clan or the name stays there as dead placeholder? If yes, when? The moment you click confirm button or when 7 days pass?

i don't thinkyou can delete a character in a clan, i don't knwo though.

Your correct, you can't delete a character in clan, they have to leave clan, wait for that one day penalty now(no longer five days), and then you can press the delete character button.

Oh I did not know that, haven't tried :)
Thank you.

Yeah, when you try to delete that one it will tell you that you can not delete a toon that is clanned.
