Which healer/buffer for Human Knight

Player Questions Started Last reply 17 posts
Afternoon all. What would be a good buffer/healer to tag along with a Human knight, eventually DA character? Im fairly new to the game and unsure of what would be a good support toon on a second account.

Thanks in advance!!
mmmm

pp would be the best I say for the low lvls and WC for the higher ones

up until mmm 60 or so a pp can buff and heal fairly well. After that VR becomes more and more of a factor. However by that time if u are still soloing without a party u prolly won't be lvling anyways.

WC gets the same buffs, alot later on tho, including Vr (vr restores hp baised on dmg dealt)
Thank you for the response Tokara.

Pardon my newbness, but by PP do you mean Prophet, and WC Warcryer? Im a serious noob to the game, so bare with me. :)

Thanks again for the help!
correct^^
:p i still say Elven Elder is all you need.
Thanks for the advice :)

Also. Is there a certian level range that you are allowed to group with? I.E, would I be able to group with a lvl 10 buffer/healer with my lvl 20 knight? Searched around and couldnt find any information about that.

Deno
techincally you can group at any lvl, make sure the mobs are at least green to the highest lvl player.

In addition you only get the party bonus, that is a certain increase of the xp you get for killing a mob, I think its 30% for 2 people) if the highest lvl player and the lowest lvl player are within 20 lvls.
Best for levelling probably could be debated. Best for sieges or raids is definitely the EE. Of course, that combinations a real pain to level up together. I'd probably take along an SE myself.
Thanks for the responses everyone! Much appreciated!

I will be 2 boxing on my own for a little bit to learn the game a little more. Then Ill seek out a clan to join. Im just looking for something to help with downtime and keep my noob self alive :)

Ive also been reading that buff bots, ect are not very much liked in Lineage 2. Any truth to this? Will I be harrased more by PK'ers with my boxed account tagging along?
many people box, its accepted. Just if u use a program outside of L2 to operate ur buffer its disliked and bannable.

What server are you on?
ugh, cant find the guide to group exp bonuses anymore. i must be blind.

anyway, its not really worth it to group at low levels until youve got some basic useful skills going, like hate, UD, and some better gear.

once ytou get to that point, you can group and hunt white mobs with some speed. ive seen it that some human tanks solo all the way into level 55, and some unto 61. i have my doubts that the one guy i know that hunted solo (nearly the whole time - some exceptions) to 61 would continue of his own volition.
I am on the Devianne server.

I wont be using any outside programs for my buff bot character. Straight up 2 boxin with mice and keyboards flyin :)

Its 7% for the first two people then 7% for every other person who joins, it affects xp, drop rates and sp..which is some people with two accounts lvl a toon to be exactly 19 lvls lower then they're main and lvl because it steals no xp and gives them bonus 7% attributes
WC or SE. You can buy Haste/WW pots, but you cant buy VR. WC would be the best bet in the long run, but gets its buffs at later levels then SE.
Thanks to everyone for the help. Ive decided to work towards a WC. And chose warrior/gladiator instead of knight.

Can anyone sugjest a weapon/armor combo for my warrior. Working on saving up some Adena, but its slow going. I did my lvl 20 class transfer and have no clue. lol.

Sorry for all the questions. Still learning the game and all :)
warrior class should probably be using two handed sword for max damage, if you like shields you can go for a one handed blunt weapon (i believe you get a stun attack with blunt that helps alot for newbies with not overloaded buffs)

As gladiator its duals all the way, no contest. Focus duals!
