Focus skill mastery?

Anyone has detailed infos on what this thing do? I first thought it helps landing skills, but ppl say it does nothing but leach mp XD

From the description i'd say it helps "skill mastery" passive land rate.

edit: I seen that website but they have plenty of inacurate infos. For example look at what they are saying for the 77 skil mastery skill : "Skill Mastery (fighter) Chance of "skill critical", based on STR"

I believe that is actually pretty accurate. Chance of skill critical is just a way to describe Skill mastery since you cant really say everything it does. But if you are wondering to get it, it looks pretty crap just like Skilly Mastery.

i know what skill mastery does and it has nothing to do with criticals.

If the 78 toggle does a 10x land rate on the 77 passive it's prolly a rather usefull skill. Most ppl say it's supposed to make your regular skills land better.

Still waiting for someone who USED the 78 toggle along with the passive to comment.

yes, but it is very useful for getting 60s ue, 30s dash, etc. also makes things like hamstring shot last twice as long.

you tried it on the archer? can you give an estimation about the land rate with focus toggle on?

I believe that doubling debuff duration was fixed when debuffs were moved onto a different bar.
