No reagents are needed for 3rd class, only for sub and noble. Below i've listed what you need for noble though.
500 moonstone shards, 100 demons blood, 100 lava stones. you need some other reagents as well but those 3 are the big ones and you'll get plenty of the other ones as you get these.

what you need for third class quest is a lvl 2 alli with either ketra or silenos and an ice crystal from a quest at hot springs (starts at chef jeremy)
both of those can be done at lvl 74 and the rest of the quest is a cake walk
