I'm torn between Majestic and Dark Crystal. I'm sure someone has done the parsing at one point or another. I'm assuming Majestic would be my best choice as an additional 5759 weight would help me tremendously with grinding out levels. Going back to town for arrows and soulshots every 2 hours is getting old.
Majestic:
Archery P. Atk. +8%, MP +240, Weight increased plus the point at which a weight penalty is applied +5759, Stun Resistance +50%, DEX +1, CON -1
Dark Crystal
Atk. Spd. +4%, P. Atk. +4%, Paralysis Resistance +50%, STR +1, CON -1
P Attk: Majestic > Dark Crystal by about 5 P attk total
Attk Speed: Dark Crystal > Majestic by about 20
P Def: Majestic > Dark Crystal
Evasion, Accuracy: Majestic > Dark Crystal
PvE utility resists: Stun resist > Para resist = Majestic
PvP utility resists: Para resist > Stun resist = Dark Crystal
MP Consumption, Mp recovery from total: Majestic > Dark Crystal
Looks: Majestic >>> Dark Crystal
That's what I have noted down after a lot of testing, if you are all for Attk Speed, you will Dark Crystal more, if you like normal utility Majestic has better points then Dark Crystal. The Weight limit being a very nice add on top of Quiver of Holding.
Depends on buffs and weapon for the greater patk. For most hunting purposes, stun/pdef are not worth worrying about. MP? Total mp has no effect or concern. Evasion/accuracy? If I rarely evade and then rarely evade less? Or rather, I hit 99% of the time vs hitting 99.2% of the time?
Depends how much money you have to drop, what you plan to hunt, what tats you have...etc. If you want the most DPS however, the best design comes from Maj.
lol yes 120 evasion rarely lets you dodge something....HE is not a Paladin Luke. Stun is something an archer can worry about, but hurts you way less with a lot of P Def, HP and Con.

Sure it does. You have 900+ range, it's not like you get hit often. My HE has little use for it, if I could drop evasion for patk it'd sure be worth it. And one point of evasion is simply not worth fretting over. They're really quite comparable with the exception of overenchanted bows or Drac bows.
