I have some questions about Community window (Alt+B) in game:
1)What is a "Favorite" tab and how i can use it
2)What is a "Region" tab (it looks to nothing happens when i click on it)

Most likely these do nothing in NA. Korea has a fair number more features in their client than we do, simply because they have a different infrastructure that supports those than we do. IE Only one country with one culture and one timezone and set of laws to worry about added to a playerbase that is much more 'dense' and is used to and comfortable with out-of-game interaction in-game.
AKA There are many 'Free' games in Korea that sell 'extras' as their means of financing the developing company. Also, Koreans themselves see no problems with 'RMT' trades between players in game although 'professional farming' is not welcome there either. They have had their own issues with fighting bots and 'ebay' (as compared to player-to-player exchanges) as NA does, although their higher playerbase and account creation rules make things trickier than in NA which serves a significantly more widespread player base. (Pretty much everything that isn't Asian.)
