the first two : +4wit -4men, +4int -4men.

for the third, should I get
+4con -5dex (dont wanna waste my AA on that 1 dex)
or
+1int -1men ??

the + dex will add run speed, evasion and shield block rate

+1 int sounds more PVE
+1 wit(which u dont include in ur choices) sounds more PVP I got this one
+4 con sounds more PVE
+4 dex sounds more PVP

PVE wise I suggest +1INT if u are a sorc/sps and +4con if u are necro/sph( i think that is more usefull in case u use cdl)

PVP wise I suggest +1Wit I think its way more useful than +4Dex.

Never ever go -DEX. STR is useless to a nuker, so go +4CON -5STR.
