WHEN AND WHAT IS THE NEXT EVENT????
easter is so close, i was wonderinf there was gonna be another "bunny" event...though i didnt really like that one there hasnt been one in a lil while...WE WANT EVENT!!
I know many did not like The Rites of Spring, but I did. I have several toons that are very hard to level, and those cute, killable, high-xp, -sp bunnies came in very handy. I hope it returns this year.
thats actualy a cool idea for easter...wow...grats lol though i did enjoy the bunnies i never found em on a toon higher then low 20's ...but on my now Plains walker i got 5 :)
Here's my vote against anything like the bunny event. Even though I found 3 or 4 of them, it didn't really feel like an event.
If the purpose of Easter is to honor the rez of The Prince of Peace, I say the next Easter event should be a zero consequence, no XP Loss PVP weekend. With each kill you get an easter egg that you can exchange for unique items.
But here's the catch: you can only pvp with a chrono weapon. Unlike past chrono weapons, the event chrono weapon bestows generic skills and attributes that puts everyone -- irrespective of class or level -- on the same playing field. Not only can a scavenger take on a mage with a fair chance to win, but a level 20 rogue has as good a shot of defeating a level 78 storm screamer...for as long as the event lasts.
Don't think we'll get an easter event this year...Interlude to come life on 4/11 so I doubt it very much...As for Interlude event...Well we'll just have to wait and see.
Someone posted a couple of months back a screenshot of an event they had in korea where they got to shoot pigs (i think) with bows for items, and ask if we were getting that event soon. And Mistryl said it was an interlude launch event, so i guess we may getting that.
T'was me, and it was either event to celebrate upcomming year of pig, or Valentine event, or those two together even :) But as degradable weapons are coming in Interlude, we could not have such nice Valentine event. Next year maybe.
So far I know of kitties teleporting to nearby hunting grounds and event for newbies to get no-PK weapon.

granted the copmeing of a new Chron is an "event" to Nc..but to us middle of the road players..who are in a constant struggle to maintain our toons with cash and pots and shot , ect.ect., an event certiunly helps ALOT! im still useing L2 scrolls from last one..but im runing REALLY low >_<.....

lol mid level player woes... My ex gf is all ^_^ everything so much cheaper than when we played together... yea.. cheap... right.. be quiet u level 80 psychopath!!! 50 million is not cheap O_O
Lineage 1 Will always have the best events to me, They were willing to give away alot more, Like the easter event with killing Bunny's Dropped items like t-shirt (an under armor accessory for + "ac" aka P.def) they dropped a ton of cash and items, even the general events that werent for any real good reason usually was an Increased Item drop rate, and it wasnt any small drop rate either. If u hunted hard enough you could get several BIG weapon drops that could make you millions, it kept the market inflation under control as well.

Yeah, the L1 events were fun as hell. I wish the L2 event team would take a clue from the L1 event team, and um...I dunno, make some good ones?
The undead invasion event (even though the undead just freakin stood there), where the event mobs/bosses dropped a crapload of mats was a step in the right direction for both the economy and story.
Ya definitely the invasion was fun, not just because lots of nice drops :D but because it was fun to try to stop those monsters. Maybe make those monsters run into town and kill everyone would be sweet.
The invasion/Raid Boss events rocked! Not just in terms of drops, but as a boost to the social community. I met so many new friends during that event...
...as where with the Rites of Spring event, I didn't want anyone else around to get my wabbit!!
the invasion event was cool and all but it was rough to get a group and actualy enjoy the drops....i prefer the grind events, like the recent hear one and the heavy metal event..all those are awsome..i also love the summer squash/pumpkin events..great time ^^
well the main problem are the major differences between l1 and l2, l1 u didnt need to "craft" crap, therefore there were no items that people could HORDE and then resell at twice the price. Like on Kain in giran.. im looking to buy Iron.. i see some WOW CHEAP go to buy,, you cannot buy, i see some fat little dwarf just happilly buying ALL THE IRON and reselling at 900 adena, wanna break his freakin neck. so if they had increased item events it will only put more money into the hands of the people capable of that x_x. I say tripple exp event! double adena! and every 2 hours raid Bosses spawn in giran !!
