Okay need some help on this question. Do sword/blunt masteries for Sword Singers affect 2-handed swords?

I Don't think so..I have a low 40 sws..and my orc gets a 2 handed mastery for 2h swords and blunts..There was a thread in suggestions saying sws should get them..so I think its only 1h swords.

just checked the library and this is true, yet very strange that 2-handed swords are not considered swords(??)

Incorrect.

Sword/Blunt mastery applies to ALL swords and blunts both one and two handed.

Two Handed Weapon mastery only applies to the two handed sword and blunts.

The two masteries will however, stack for a character with both skills. (Orc Raider, Destroyer or Titan.)

Two handed skill mastery does NOT apply to polearms or Dual Swords however. (Nor does sword/blunt mastery.)

This is why I brought this here. I asked it on L2blah.com first and everyone was going back and forth, not coming to one exact answer. I'm pretty sure you are correct, but if possible, could a GM confirm this (this was why I brought this question to this forums).

i have chechek because of my swordsinger, yes it does.

though i think they should get an extra 2handed sword mastery as well.

Seriously I agree. BDs are suppose to be our equals, but they get all these skills like hex and what not. And what do we get? Entangle....

Yep, SwS'es sword/blunt mastery does work for two-handed swords. I like my Infernal Master. ;)

Other way around. We're supposed to be the equal of the BD, but since they have all the offensive skills and several of the same defensive buffs, not to mention identical levels of the same base tanking skills... BD are far and away a much stronger class in almost any venue.
