Mask

I was wondering how players who apparently didnt start playing when the White Mask came about got one since the mask is not able to be exchanged? Is there a way to get it transfered to your main account?

There is an upgrade account option in your plaync account.
You buy the collection, upgrade account, and select character.

I understand how to get the mask on your charactor, but I see Heroes on my server running around with the mask on or other toons that have been around before the epic collection came out that also have the mask on.

when you buy the epic collection, if you already have an account you can use the time towards your current account and give the mask to one of your pre-existing toons.

if you mean people with multiple masks, i was not aware that one could apply multiple serials to single accounts.

I may have misunderstood what he meant... but it sounded like he was curious how toons, that were very clearly made before the epic collection came out, got the mask.

the epic serial code can be applied to ANY account type aside from epic and trial regardless of date of creation.

ive got 2 masks, 1 for both my accounts, and i started both 3 weeks before my forum joining date.

Can you use two epic collections to get the mask for two characters on one account?

havent tried but i doubt that you could.

i believe this is how it works. The epic collection for those already owning an account and game is the equivalent to purchasing time for any account and buying the special edition mask for any accout.
It can be applied multiple times to the same account provided you have multiple box serial codes that can be entered.

Say I have 5 epic collection boxes/ serial codes. lol lucky me.
I can use those to create new accounts with the special edition mask or I can apply five special edition masks to my existing account on five different characters. :D

should still be there in the account information section. I already have one character in that account with a mask.
