Quests make adena for the most part, some of the have XP rewards, but for the most part they aren't really that rewarding XP-wise.
A DE should pick up the shroom quest from the male magic shop guy and hunt mushrooms and when you complete it turn them in for adena. The quest is repeatable and you can find the shrooms pretty much right outside the DE village (west of it). You might also want to pick up the repeatable orc and imp quests as they are in close proximity to the shrooms.
Back in the day, I simply talked to every NPC in town and accepted their quests just in case... you can speak to an adventurers guild member to find all the appropriate ones.
Don't forget to talk to the newbie guide for hints and buffs.
Mobs, from easier to harder, are located from the (newbie) village and outwards. So when you begin go for the keltiers and stuff right outside town, and move further away as they become too easy and unrewarding (when they turn blue), or you are able to take on harder mobs with no problem.
oh ok :) ty ty ty all for answering..
Just got the game today so im kinda confused with everything.
Cause i use to play WoW...which made my mind a plump..everything was easy to use in that game so when you moved on to new games it was confusing
hehe ty :)
btw do clans accept ppl that are my lvl? cuase its kinda nice to have someone to talk to once i awhile.
Yep, they sure will and they will probably even give you free D grade armor as well, depends on which clan you join.
Clans will want people around your level because when you get around to doing your class change quests you will give them Rep points. At first they will put you what is called the clan academy, this is a spot for all the players that are under level 40. Once you get in ask if they will give you a sponsor so that you can do the Clan oath armor quest which will give you a great set of top D grade armor for you to use from levels 20 to 40 (you must pay a small amount of D crystals that most clans are more than willing to pay to attract players like you).
Once you reach 40 you will have to leave the academy, however if they like you and you make friends in the clan you will probably be invited to join the main clan.
Welcome to the game I really hope you enjoy your stay here, don't get discouraged just keep at it, find a nice community of people that you like to play with and I'm sure you'll have some really good times.
P.S. If you're on the Seighardt server, why not join clan Prizm? ^_^
Clans love to have new players in their academies, you get help (should atleast) and some nice academy armor set, and when you do your 40 quests, the clan will get reputation points.
Just try to find a nice guild that will help you out alot.
Welcome to L2! :) If you want a pet, closer to your level, you can get a wolf at level 15. They are good if you are going to be a mele fighter. The quest starts in Gludin with the Pet Manager in the main square. See Stratics (http://lineage2.stratics.com/) for a guide to the quest.
