Does it have a chance to crit?
im 72 now and ive been ignoring it for this long just because i dont see any other pr's use it so im assuming its not worth wasting my sp on it.
thiking twice about it tho in interlude specials with ss will be increased in dmg so if this skill has a chance to crit then i might just learn it.
anyone comment on this?
