For 2 days now, I have this penalty. from today its second level...
how can i get it off ? please help

Grocery Store > consumable > buy scroll for your grade > use > its gone

And before you complain about the cost of it... know that before the death penalty was put into place... we used to drop our gear/ inventory items at the same chance.
