Interlude Event: Weapons for new characters?

I have been playing less than a month, and I have 2 active characteers (plus 1 more that I have begun the deleting process with). My two active characters (DE Fighter and a Human Mystic) are lvls 12 and 11, and both are on Gustin.

My FIRST character I made (Orc Fighter on Bartz) is lvl 8.

If I am reading it right, the freebie weapons will not be available to the two characters I use now, because my Orc on another server made lvl 6 first. Is this correct? I really hope not...I am hoping that I am reading it wrong.

Will my Fighter and/or Human Mystic be able to get a freebie weapons also?

I think it counts only for the first character that reached level 6 on the server you play. So it might be your fighter or your mystic, depends on which reached level 6 first on Gustin.

so....my Mystic leveled first to 6....but i don't want to use the weapon for her. If i delete her, would I be set for it to go to my Fighter?

just get a fighter weapon with ur mystic and trade :cool:

wait and see what happens when Servers come back up. The 'first chr to level 6' wording seems to be taken from when you could also only get newbie buffs for your first level 6 chr.

So see if you can get a weapon coupon for both your toons. If you can't, pm me in game and I'll sort you out (i'll be on my WC)

ok....that REALLY sucks. The weapon is limited to my first character to reach lvl 6. My Fighter, the character I want to actually use, I cannot get the weapon for. Why would they choose to limit accounts like this? Makes no sense whatsoever.....

I am deleting my Mystic, and hopefully, after 7 days, my fighter will be able to get the free weapon (since he will be the only character on the account now). This system really sucks.

Even if you delete your Mystic, your Fighter won't be able to get the weapon -- it's only the first character per server that reaches level 6. Sorry about that!

hmm.....disappointed in that.

Why do they do that? I know of a few other games that do that....never understood why.

How does this system works, where does one go to get the weapon couple. My roommate just started playing and just made level 20. He's still in NG gear so I'm guessing this weapon will be better than his current one.

The Event NPC will be in your starter village. I know the one in the Elf village was near the Newbie Guide. Talk to them and they will tell you what you need to do to get your weapon.
