books like cellestial shield and invocation are to be sold in town..it says we have the opportunity to purchase them once an hour, does that mean that there is only 3 books for the entire server per hour? i smell farmers using this to make some money :(

If it works the same way as the summon spell books.

It meens each vendor sell 5 of them ever 1 hour, so 15 per hour, or 360 per day.

It won't take long before you get yours.

well if they are cheap, i bet some people will just stock up and try to flood the market with them

they probably are less then 10k each so yes they are cheap. if I recall the summon SB cost 6,9k or something like that, an lv 58 skill.

But remmeber, soon enough the server WILL be flooded with them, I doubt there even is 360 tanks per server :) so you got nothing to worry about.

Actually I did not notice people trying to pack on summon spellbooks in C5, somewhat people just did not need them as summoner was not very common those days. Reroll and sub mania started in C5.

Just got the 3 SB's I needed, had no problems when i was there first :), Invocation is sure a nice skill will be usefully :)

Yeah, I logged out at Goddard store so I would be right there where I logged in.... I was nice. I bought just one of each... and all three were about 30k total.

Which NPC sells them?

Not sure which is more frustrating, farming for books or watching 10 other people spam the NPC all trying to get the same books.

Yep, already scamshops up in Franz, selling Invocation for 1milj

Decided to be the good person and set up the shop next to the person saying "<--- buy those from IT"

I went to IT and there were at least a dozen people just standing around the NPC, I'll just get it weeks from now or something.

Wish they hadn't given SEs invocation, then the books wouldn't be so **** hard to get. xP

Summon Friend is also a drop, so that makes me think so are the new books. If anyone finds it tell me please.

I picked up enough for my clan already. Sheesh, NCSoft, this system is simply outright stupid. There's no reason for it.

O strange world we live in!

10 SB:Invocation / hour in 3 towns. That's 720 spellbooks a day. But there are people trying to find a market there. They virtually stop the supply by camping and buying the books. But will they continue one week? two weeks? And if they are players, they are not perfect and will let spellbooks pass through their hands.
Basically, buying them by players shops more than 20k (SB+teleport+little margin) is only for excited people who can't wait one more day.

There was a guy at Ivory Tower trying to sell them at 100k. After two rounds missing it, someone else gave it to me just to ruin the business of the camper. So I'm happy.
Frankly, you just have to wait a bit and you'll have yours at a decent price. Either 10k at NPC or a bit more in other towns. Not 100k nor 1 million. Avoid the scam!
