4. any intermediate performance or entertainment, as between the acts of a play.
I was thinking, when the name of the new chapter was announced, that the name interlude suggests much, much more for Lineage II.
In the beginning, there was Prelude, the start, the opening, the introduction. Then we had our chronicles.. all 5 of them - each with their own chapters which continued the story. Now we have an Interlude, a break so-to-say. I'm guessing this "break" will include multiple Chapters, or updates which will ultimately lead to a Conclusion or something to that extent, where the Lineage II programme will halt in time for the anticipated and much rumoured Lineage III.
Interlude is the break, and then the next update Has nothing to dow with... "Ludes" it is the chaotic throne. which are to be thought of similar to chronicle 1-5. then we might have the Finale

Many many years ago there was a beautiful fairy living in the woods buffing the poor people living in the near village who were gathering mushrooms and herbs. One day young hawkeye was hunting in the wood and saw the beautiful fairy. He moved silently to her back and .... oneshoted her with his draconic bow and shouted "HAHAHA I PWNED YOU, GET A LIFE NOOOOB ROLF LOLOLOLOL!!!11"...then Lineage II started.
