I'm curious, is there anybody in this game that has ever leveled so high that he/she can't get any more XP? Meaning, in the current chronicles, they got to like level 80 and 99.99% XP?

Level 80 is max, you have an extra 1 there.

I believe that in former chronicles people hit 75.100 frequently, but not anymore as far as I'm aware.

what % do mobs give you at lvl 79/80?

0.00%, you have to kill a few to get 0.01%.

XPing at Level 79 is crazy lol.

actually u can lvl pass 80... havent seen it done but its possible.... remember like a year back when "max lvl" was 75 and that bd got 76 on some server i think dev.. not sure.. anyways u can go past 80 but.. kinda pointless..... although u would have a nice little advantage in oly ^_^

someone told me jaredi on the seigehardt server was a lv 82. and he was a hero.
