skill damage boosted with SS

earthquake doesnt use SS
it looks like it got a damage boost
whats the deal with that?

Shhh! dwarves can also use earthquake and it would be beneficial to them if it got a boost... dont tell the devs about it or they'll ruin it again! lol

yeah good point i guess
guess ill keep the SS damage without useing the SS ^^
