Celestial Shield - Wrong Translation or Behavior?

Hi all,

the description of the spell "Celestial Shield" that a few healers get is "Harness divine power to render yourself temporarily invincible."

However the actual behaviour of the spell is that it renders your current target invincible not yourself.

Is this the correct behaviour and therefore a translation mistake?
Or is the translation correct and the spell itself is behaving wrong right now?

The correct description for Celestial Shield is your current target.
