Dont know if it matters but the exact date and year of your account creation is used when you whant to reset the password on your account.. so people might not say the "exact date", just a thought.

05 May 2004 :) for me. Played open beta in April. Waited around trying to find a boxed copy of L2 in Oz but couldn't find one so re-enabled online.

why would she not be allowed to say her toons level? I'm not asking her char server or name...just curious how fast she has been able to level since she started playing.

Becuse If she did tell you that she was lvl 58 People would start to pk eveyrone at lvl 58.

I can say with absolute certainly thats not the case ;P
Since we had a GM in our guild at one point on Teon. Left NCSoft for another company however (Warhammer 40k to be specific)
I have to say, the person was very solid about game mechanics and such, much more so then your run of the mill person answering your petitions, but he didnt have nice things to say about those people anyway either.
