Just need a few clarifications on how Academy works on a couple things.
1) When is the most beneficial time to join an Academy as a player
2) Do Academy's gain rep pts for level 20 and 40 class quests, or just the 40
3) When is the Academy Armor quest doable, is it soloable and does it have some type of prereqs

1) As soon as possible.
2) Only the second class change yields reputation points.
3) The minimum level is 19, your sponsor has to be "physically" present for the second part or you will not get quest drops, the only other prerequisite is you have to have a clan sponsor.
And before someone who doesn't know what they're talking about storms in and tries to confuse you, yes you can still wear the academy armor after you've achieved your second class change. You're able to wear it still if you drop out of an academy before then, but if you de-equip it you won't be able to put it back on.
Being level when 16 joining academy, clan gets maximum reputation points (400). It lowers by 10 points every level you already have when joining in, minimum is 160 points.
If you join at lower level than 16, clan still gets 400 points.
