Newbie Question

Well my question is pretty simple is there away to bind keys in L2

My answers is very simple, No.

Logitech G15 or Nostromo Speedpad N52.

Or whatever Keyboard has a "bind keys" feature on it... It's just not implemented in the game...

As I thought indeed Lineage 2 doesn't implement key-binding...Also be carefull with the keyboards who allow you to do so cause I remember a topic where this was discussed and the validity of it put in doubt with the game's eula.

Nono key assigning is fine if it's a single key. Discussion was about using macros with drivers for such devices.

Haven't tried hard to fix it, but my G15 doesn't work anymore with Lineage2. Gameguard kills the process.

Thats really stupid I think to not allow they keyboard to work as it really doesnt do anything that isnt already built in to the game. All it really does is give you a couple of different place to assign the same macro that you can make in the game.

I believe we established, in another conversation on this topic, that the G15 can be used to make uninterruptable, non-stop macros, which the in-game macros do not allow you to do.

Probably why they're not jumping to fix the GG issue and the G15. They might be doing something internal to test it, or might be updating the EULA for it, have no idea.

Yeah, I can live without the G buttons, but it was nice having the ablity to to key combinations for simple force attacks or Alt+(whatever) combos.

Sigh... maybe they will fix it... but I kinda doubt it.
