yeah, like title says. Not one server has seen a demon sword (2handed or duals) drop since the launch of interlude, The 2 handed one is still on some server from the carry over to interlude from c5.
Blood Swords dropped on Teon in my party in Pagans. Strange, but no earthquake, no red screen nothing. We noticed only when our prophet picked it and become red o_O
maybe they lowered the drop rate, which would be really good if they did. that way it wouldnt be a way to farm xp very fast for every noble and hero since it drops easy.
Nope, wont stop the big clans from hunting the swords. They are so valuable as leveling tools that even at 50/50 chance they will be hunted. If you want to annoy the big clans, when you get them go sit in town or your clan hall logged in till they go away. Your chances of doing anything with them unless you have a clan hall(with appropriate hunting area support) and plenty of BSOEs is very slim.
I think one drop on my server either the day of or the next day. screen turned red and said something about a demon sword. New so really dont know to much about it
On Teon, Zariche appeared not long after the launch, it disappeared and Mananah-stuff appeared (with the earthquake animation). A moment after it dropped and disappeared, Zariche reappeared.
No they seem to drop quite regularily, even if I haven't seen both at the same time yet.
Akamanehs dropped once, and Zariche twice since interlude on Franz. Neither of them lasted for more than 5 minutes.
They did last long enough for me to find out that their weapon type is set to none... which is a big f^_^ you to BDs/ Glads who wanted to share the ownage with Destroyers (who are less overpowered with it now).
When a player that controls Akamanah acquires Zariche, the newly-acquired Zariche automatically disappeared, and the equipped Akamanah's level increases by 1. The same rules also apply in the opposite instance.
You level the swords up by killing people. The higher their level, the less you have to kill. If they are all 78, just spend a few minutes killing/ rezzing friends and your sword will reach the max level.... and the difference between lvl 1 and lvl 10 swords is HUGE. Im guessing you have no experiance with the sword though. Heh... we've had it consistantly for the passed few months. Too bad it ended with interlude. Every time we find it.... the sword never drops to us. It dissapears... which sucks because our members cannot be beat when it comes to getting the swords. It drops... and 20 seconds later, no matter where they are on the map, people are already ported to the nearest area and are tracking the swords down. Now... with 1 Akamaneh and 3 Zariche drops in the last week.... we are getting discouraged. Every time we chase it.. we kill the owner and it dissapears.... and it takes over a day for the next one to respawn. It really sucks.
I did notice that the animation didn't happen when Zarache dropped on Franz for the 1st time, i didn't know if it was cuz i was in the rift or whet but the animation didn't happen.
