my in-game name is Espiritu and I am super noob to this game. I used to play GW but that kinda gets boring after a while.
I am more in to the pvp than the pve and I am looking for some guidance from some people or academy.
I learn pretty quick and I am very motivated, but it gets a bit lonely after a while when I am not too sure what to do or how to proceed in the game.

unless ur in a big clan, u are going to be lvling solo mostly and the high lvl game content sucks with PR and their heroes griefing the whole server.
i left erica long time ago and still keep contact with some good friends there. the server is deserted and only those with a high lvl of dedication keep playing there against gankings and griefing.
just ask anyone and u will see that moving now to another server (Bartz,Franz,Teon,Kain) is better than the waste of time playing here.

Why listen to someone that doesn't even play on this server. As he said, he played here a long time ago (probably because he couldn't handle it) Griefing is part of every server. I have not been griefed in over 6 months, niether has any of my clan members. I do notice that Erica has a large population of more mature players lately, maybe that is why this person left. Stop bashing a place you dont even play.
I played on Erica since I started and only quit it right before C5 came out. Best desicion I've ever made. I didn't left Erica because of all ganking by at the time by the famous ServerPolice, I've actually never been pk'd by them, hell it was fun to fight then when I joined Avalon =) .
However I got tired of seeing insane prices in Giran, **** near empty Dion, and now Aden is mostly empty. (yeah, I still log in to Erica from time to time to see what it's up to lately)
I left a fully outfitted A grade SR on Erica.
By the way, you know how sometimes people say that they didn't ebay their stuff but someone gave them? I did that. I gave all my A grade and everything else of value (full DC light, Soul Bow, etc, etc) to a friend so he can get a bit of a break on Erica =)
dude, did u see my Sig? when i said i left erica, i meant it as my primary server. i still log in and do some pvping and grinding with old friends. the server is dead. period. even the 2 big alliances in the server disbanded and are now under the new PR banner. go check the heroes, ALL of them are in PR (Except Imran). when u have a server with all the power on one side (not only heroes, but well geared players), its boring to even play there. now if the OP is a PvEr, by all means go for it, and good luck affording gear without resorting to other means.
BTW, what clan/alliance are u in? one of the many "Carebears" that as soon they see a purple character Bsoe or run away? if ur a PvEr good for u, but mind u that this is a PVP game.
It is pretty much a dead server, but the high end few, e-bay clans dont bother with newbies no more. Now unless you spwn the demon swords, or train there allowed bots in certain cats. Right now prices are falling like a rock. With no buyers anymore, Griefing on newbies would a mistake. Unless you like to live on a server completly dead of life.
Ive ran into PR's and they never grief me at all. Who knows maybe im the only live person they have seen in months lol.
You have people wanting server merges now. Here is a grief you will get with server merges. They will cordinate a 100-300 player login at the same time. Thus crashing your server lol. This kinda grief was done on other online games.
Your right about players loving to solo, i have a hardtime in my clan getting anyone to join me. The reason behind massive soloing is because the game fails to give a party bonus for having a party. Instead you lose exp and alot of it depending on how many in your party. The new thing to do now is just to buy another account and keep your healer outa your party for max gains.
When i reached level 60+ for my Sk, i cant get a signal player to join me. My level 56SE cant even get a group. The server is so empty yet it has massive lag spikes all the time. I guess emptyness takes up bandwidth too lol :) This is not just a PvP game other wise remove all the monsters and just gain levels from killing players. Take the quests out, well thats not a bad ideal there worthless to any newplayer needing to outfit themselfs. The game is designed for anyone to fail, unless your in a clan that has all the money that e-bay can provide. My sk has fought level 60-67 mobs for almost a month. No Drops what so ever, yet im losing Adena up the azz.

Erica is quite good these days, not much griefing going on as it used to be, PR/Avalon are now one, or should i say 2? (both of them split in 2)
C4/C5 were the bad times imho, Erica is going onward again, some of u still live in the past, that is ur problem, not the ones that moved on...
Erica is very alive and healthy. Population is strong, young and old, and people are having fun. The economy is in good shape, prices are even down a bit from the highs but there is a lot of buying and selling going on, another sign of a strong economy and a strong server.
Sure, there are a few naysayers and malcontents. Always will be. Ship 'em off to Kain.
Think what you may about erica, I love it to bits, been here since prelude and here I shall stay. If its so dead can u tell all the players that wander into rooms while Im poling catas that they must be a mirage as no one is meant to be online. Maybe then I could hog it all gwaa haa haa. d;)
Seriously, more than enough activity for me, and yes price drops on market is great, was hell over inflated before, so yay d:)
Well I been on Erica from some time now and it looks like the prices are nice compared to other servers. I currently am trying to save for my B-Grade gear which i can use shortly.
Economy is stalemate. you need more then 2 accounts to make use of the economy. other wise 1 account players cant afford to sit in town for weeks trying to sell the same stuff everyone else dose. Prices are dropping because of 0 money in the game. everyone is trying to sell fast now and under cutting everyone.The ones with 300 to 2 billion in adena have everything they need .I play about 3 to 6 hours aday, and see no one asking for raid partys. As being a level 64+ player no one ever asks for a party at that level or even a raid.
Would be nice while the prices drop, the game increases its adena amount.
I'm back in the game again, and like most said its a small world left out there in comparison to when i first started. Whats good about coming back is i didn't give my stuff away, i knew i'd b back. So, now i can afford to buy some stuff for some of my other toons. All lvl'd by me. And i have alot. Lvl'd them when a pole was worth its weight in gold so to speak. and i have and had a WarCryer before they were the toon to have. Ricca from day 1 almost. And OL at the same time. Both r a staple to have as buffers now. So, Erica while very low in peeps is still a pretty good server, and parties r what u make of them. I seldom if ever party alone. Clannies or whoever. I may start alone but if ur in the area and wanna party and i have like lvl toons on join me anytime. Thats goes for anyone. If u come to this game r you've been here forever and u still solo, whats the point? Games r meant for enjoyment and meeting and making friends. So keep asking for parties all of ya, and someone is bound to say "yes, i'd like to party also", and u go from there.. :)

You mean you need more than one account..? And I disagree, unless somehow you are plugged in matrix style. Just setup shop when u go to bed/work/school. And you never have everything you need in lineage, heard of overchant..? d:) As for people to party with, no shortage there, you just need meet the right people perhaps.
Ricca good to see another person has returned back to the real world of lineage d;) Sounds like you got the right idea dude. Ya Ive never thought it was that hard to get a party, just head out and smack somewhere semi popular. Im surprised more people dont use the party matching system to be honest... or is it lame..? Im usually with clannies so havent tried it out much, maybe I shud.
But ya imo lineage is fun solo or party, even solo u get player interaction still, no lame instances here tyvm d:)
