Are heroes HEROES

I d like to make a question, a hero question. What do heroes actually do, because i was xp in the morning and a hero came and pked me. Of curse a greek guy , i am greek too. I have a 62 SR and love to play, xp. Dont even like to pvp, just duel. Is that what heroes do, run around the map and start killing low levels. Narcotic was his name. If so thanks but no thanks, never will be one. Thanks everyone for your time.

No, not all going around PKing. Maybe your clan (if you are in one) is at war with Fate?

Well, not all deserve their hero status imo. I had kind of the same experiance with 2 other heros. They came up to my group and started to hit us. Since they where 2 heros, we obviously didn't have a chance against them in our small group.

We did not flag them back, and they left us alone since they didn't want to pk us i guess.

actually they are called villains :)

but to answer the original poster some of the wording is quite wrong. olympiad has nothing to do with fair contest and heroes certainly nothing with heroic behaviour.
things should be rather called "point market" and "clan champions"

Heros should be renamed champions because Heros in English implies something that they are not.

Few if any "heroes" have actually earned their title or the abilities that come with it. They are all clan point fed "heroes", and the olympiad is as much a broken system as everything else in L2.

If all the ppl would do the Class Fights then there would be no problem.
But if u have the worst Olympiad class then what can u do against other classes? I would go in every **** time against another Fortune Seeker if ppl would do the Class based fights.
Atm its just feeding points and I dont think that it will change soon :-/

Agreed. I think Champion is the most accurate. Not even villian comes to be really accurate, because that still requires a level of audacity, scheming, and monologue capability that few employ ;)
