Nostromo game pad

Is there any way to get a Nostromo 50 speedpad working without the spinning effect?

Try uncheck "gamepad"In options -> game options. Your Speedpad should be registered as keyboard and HID compliant gaming device. N52 works without Gamepad option checked, N50 should too.
