D weapon for PK and Shammy

I know this had been asked and answered gazillion times ... but still :p

I am looking for D weapons for PK (Palus Knight) and orc shaman. They will be levelling mostly together (though orc is a bit higher I love playing him solo :) ). I want to level outside, preferably slowly farming seeds and use soulshots as least as possible. Might visit catas for few evenings to farm AA to upgrade weapons and stuff, but I disliked catas since I levelled 4 dwarves in a row AoE ... I want fresh air.

Would 2-handed sword for PK and duals for shammy be OK? Or Sword/shield for PK and axe/shield for orc? Note: rolling on other server, no high-level buffs present ATM, and orc is not afraid to smack things too.

Thank you for any advice.
I would say go with a Elven Long Sword (or whatever you can afford) and a shield with the palus knight.

Dual swords should be fine for the shaman.

Dunno if that will help you saving on shots though. It just don't feel right for me for a palus knight to use a two-handed sword. Yes, I am weird. :p
:) Thank you for reply. That sounds reasonable, as sting will work with sword and there will be some little benefit from shield masteries.
Yes, duals work great for a Shaman. They work well beyond D grade also, although a dagger with Focus SA becomes a better option at higher levels (say maybe B or A grade).

The time you do a sting, can also be used to deal 2 extra hits. If you like bleed that much, I'd even consider a Cursed Maingauche.
Hm. That's true. But when I have plenty of MP, I like to use it because animation just looks cool :D call me deviant
Both should go mithril dagger imho.

Don't take my suggestion to heart though. I have little experiance with D grade. The max I've spent in D lately was 3-4 days until I hit C... so that might not have been enough time to draw on =P
